Zafar Abdullah has been appointed as the commissioner of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) by the federal government, on Friday. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Karachi University, and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
