Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates, which was incorporated as the Management Consulting arm of an associated firm of chartered accountants (then Sidat Hyder Aslam & Company), the company served as a representative firm of Arthur Andersen here in Pakistan and subsequently as a member of Ernst & Young International together with an associated firm of chartered accountants (now Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder & Co*), has been accused in infamous issue of hiring OGDC's head.
